Delivery time and delivery times

If you have ordered before 17:00 on a working day, you will have the postman at your door within 7 days. 

Please note that our delivery times may differ on public holidays.


This is how returns work

When you have ordered something online at seasonstunter.nl and you have bought something remotely. You are therefore entitled to a trial period of 30 days from the moment you have received the product.

Within these 30 days you can report to us to return it. Our customer service will explain step by step how to return the product. Attention, the return of products is at the expense of the customer.

The undamaged and unused product must, as far as reasonably possible, be returned to us in its original condition and factory packaging, together with the return slip. to return.

Track return

As soon as your package arrives at us, we will send you a confirmation.
It is possible that the track & trace information says that the package has already arrived, but you have not yet received confirmation from us.

If you have not received confirmation from us within 48 hours, you can contact our customer service (support@seasonstunter.nl). We will keep you informed of the further progress of your return by e-mail.

Purchased a product, but it does not work properly or is defective?

If your product appears to be defective immediately after purchase, you can exchange it directly with us for a new product.

In addition, the product must be in the original packaging including all accessories. The product is checked by us. As soon as we also identify the defect, you will immediately receive a new product from us.
